I am 5’5″ 219Lbs. I am way overweight. I want to lose weight but my cravings won’t stop. Any home remedies for this problem?

You might want to try stuff for your subconscious. There is this great company that I saw at an Omega Institute Conference in NYC this past weekend. I got some really great recordings, and they have downloads for stopping sugar addictions and being full on half portions. I am currently using their exercise recording and it’s been great for somehow getting me excited about exercising. I listen 20 minutes everynight..and after about 2-3 days I really started moving more and craving exercise.

Your cravings can be associated to two things:
1. Humans are creatures of habit, and if you’re body is used to eating very regularly, it is not going to change easily. The same can be said for a drug addiction, caffeine addiction, etc.
2. The cause of hunger pangs is also associated with your body’s need for essential nutrients. If you are deficient in nutrients then your body will feel hungry until it gets those nutrients. Make sure that you eat healthy first. Realign your taste buds to crave healthy foods, make sure you are not protein deficient.
