What i mean by diseases is any bacteria or viral or anything that could cause damage or pains to ur intestine area (not the stomach area)

tried getting more sleep, less caffeine and exercise. Still feel so tired – anyone got any tips??

How long have you been on Symbax? If you just recently started taking it you will have side effects like drowsiness….if you have just started it…please give it time for your body to get used to the med before you start worrying. But if you’ve been on it for a few months and you are still feeling these side effects…please see a doc.

different drugs interupt different parts of the cell cycle, leading to cell death. (unfortunately not just cancer cells, hence neutropenia, hair loss, nausea, vomit etc). It all depends on the drug as to which part of the cycle it interupts.
Side effects also vary with the drug as well as the person. What may almost kill me may only give you a headache.
