Are There Any Books About Understanding Drug Addiction?

Question by jesse: Are there any books about understanding drug addiction?
I’m currently in early recovery from drug addiction but my parents don’t quite understand addiction and i don’t know how to explain it to them. Does anyone know if there’s any good books about it that i can buy for them to help them understand more?

and then whatever millions of books u can find at the bookstore. The top three listed can be found at any NA meeting.
ALSO take them to a meeting. Its a must for the families of recovering addicts. They can also go to ALANON meetings which is a support group for the families of addicts and recovering addicts.
