Are Community College Teachers in California Tested for Drug Use?

Question by Dewey: Are Community College teachers in California tested for drug use?
I know a college professor who uses drugs heavily and it really bothers me. Does the government test teachers for use of illegal substances? What would someone do if they wanted to report it? Would anyone even listen or care, specially in the San Francisco Bay Area?

No, we are not. I can tell you that ALL California Community College employees are required to be fingerprinted for a criminal background check and to pass a TB test. There is no drug test.
