Does Anyone Has Ever Met Personally Jason Vale an Advocate for Laetrile/amigdalyn?

Question by Labela: Does anyone has ever met personally Jason Vale an Advocate for laetrile/amigdalyn?
I read this story about this kid who had cancer was cured by laetrile and peach pits and became an advocate for it, but later was incarcerated for selling the stuff. Any updates on the story?

Laetrile is another name for cyanide. So, he was selling cyanide which is poison. There is no documented scientific evidence that it has ever cured anyone (testimonials are not evidence). But people are so desperate that they will do anything, even ingest poison. The guy didn’t spend much time in jail and is now quite rich from this enterprise.

It’s a SCAM. If it were true that poisonous peach pits cured cancer, don’t you think anyone in the cancer research or pharmaceutical industries (even if evil enough to “hide” this info) would use it on themselves, so we wouldn’t see any cancer deaths among those populations?
