Can Doctors Find a Way to Cure Aids?

Question by Bob B: can doctors find a way to cure aids?
If my friend has aids, cancer, or another disease, which I know a few people who do, is there any way that they can have surgery or something to cure it and get rid of the disease? Its a pretty scary thought that you cant get rid of a disease!!! No surgery? no cure? no medicine? What can doctors or scientists do to come up with something that kills any diseases?

There IS a cure; pharmaceutical companies keep it under wraps because the meds for AIDS is around $ 5,000 per month.
