She uses the MJ for helping her morning sickness disappear and to help her gain weight. But she fears that if she keeps it up that by the time she gives birth, theyll drug test her baby and find the thc in the babies system. Do they make it mandatory in the state of California to drug test every baby?

She should talk to her doctor about this. If she has a card and marijuana is the only thing that works for her, her doctor needs that to be in her records so she won’t get in trouble. She may not need it throughout her entire pregnancy, but they may drug test her during pregnancy, so she really needs to find out the legal issues and what she’s able to do. Not sure if it’s mandatory in California, but I know here in Southern Oregon they test a lot due to the vast amount of smokers and growers…
