Question by ?????c: How to tell your parents you need rehab?
I’m 14 years old and pretty much yesterday I came to the conclusion that I need help. More than some meds, or a therapist… I need to get out of here, go to a residential treatment center. I self harm, developing an eating disorder (puking & anorexia), and self medicate with weed and alchohol. I literally cannot see my wrist because its so scratched up and bloody, and I’m tired of hiding behind bracelets and jackets. I know I need to stop, and trust me I’ve tried… It’s just too hard.

Anyway, how can I explain this to my parents? Will I have to show them my arm? I don’t know what to do. Please help! :/
