Because there, and everywhere, drug addiction is becoming stronger and the people who are addicted develop psychiatric deviations.”
Also can the government truly run and TAX Marijuana with all the growers anxious to create a “Black Market”. Do the uninformed DUPES believe the growers will just go away?
