I found these very interesting.
@Erica- I was lucky enough to get in honors courses, and almost all of my classmates were white. 3 of us were not. And on top of that, I had to work 4x as hard, just to be recognized as smarter or just as smart as the rest of them. I have experienced that first hand.
Btw, these aren’t exaggerated, these are FACTS.

Firstly let me mention that without all these statistics, evolution theory perfectly predicts the Black greater predisposition to crime. Blacks evolved as what we call r strategists which simply favored impulsiveness. Whites and Asians evolved as K strategists which favored long term prudent thinking.
The statistic ignores a vital factor: Previous crime record. The reason why Blacks are more likely to end up in jail for the same crime is because they are much more likely to have a more criminal record to begin with.
Blacks and Latinos are more likely to be searched because Police are human beings and inductive reasoning comes natural to them. Blacks and Latinos are much much more likely to commit crime and be criminals.
The fact that Whites with records are more likely to get the job is because Whites commit less serious crime (fact) and because they are more likely to have a less serious record.
Students of color are actually more likely considering affirmitive action, Ive seen countless studies to the contrary so the issue is ambiguous.
False that students of color are less likely to break the rules, Black students break rules much mroe often.
